First beta of SilverFramework for Magento released

The very first beta of SilverFramework was released today. Several dozen existing clients of us has already installed it and we will be getting feedback from all of them within a short weeks time.

The beta includes the possibility of editing and manipulating the horisontal category menu and add custom links and dropdown menu choices anywhere in the menu. For instance if you would like to have a Home link in the beginning its just a matter of creating a link called Home and point it to /, and set the sorting to 0. If you set the sorting to a negative number (like -100) you can have many menu choices to the left of the categories. If you set the sorting to 3 then the particular menu choice will be displayed after the third category choice in the menu.
