What is SilverFramework Exactly?

SilverFramework is a fully featured stand-alone Magento theme with a lot of extra built-in features to give you everything you need outside of Magento itself to set up a very professional store.

Is SilverFramework a full Magento theme?

Yes. SilverFramework is a complete theme package for Magento, with fallback to the default/base theme in Magento, which makes you dont need anything else but Magento and SilverFramework.

Will SilverFramework be continously updated for upcoming Magento releases?

What does SilverFramework cost?

SilverFramework for Magento comes in two different versions; Single site, which costs USD $140, and Developer, which costs $399. The main difference is that you can use SilverFramework on many sites with the Developer license, plus you get access to priority support. The Single site license lets you use SilverFramework on one Magento installation running a maximum of three domains inside it.

Is there an annual fee for SilverFramework?

No. While the Single site license gives you free updates for six months, the Developer license gives you an unlimited amount of updates.

What versions of Magento is SilverFramework compatible with?

SilverFramework currently supports Magento Community 1.4.x (any 1.4-version). We do not support Magento Community 1.3.x any longer, and recommend all customers still running 1.3.x to upgrade to the latest 1.4-release. SilverFramework is currently not available for Magento Enterprise, however that is on our roadmap for the future.

What browsers are supported by SilverFramework?

SilverFramework supports all major browsers, including any version of Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera. Also Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8 and Internet Explorer 9 Beta is fully supported. Although SilverFramework should work fine in Internet Explorer 6 we currently do not officially support IE6 any more.
